What is EV Charging as a service?

NuPwr will operate and maintain the charging hardware, software and networking of your EV Charging program and manage the charging account with the individual EV owners.

What is your organization responsible for?

Your organization is responsible for bringing the electric power to the parking spots and preparing the site for the chargers. Additionally, you are also responsible for signage, striping the parking spots and providing wifi for the system. We can provide the blueprint for all of these things and even source the work for you, but the cost is yours as all of these things become physical assets to your property. Once those are in place, we will install the chargers, energize the site and maintain and manage it for you and your customers.

How much does it cost?

NuPwr collects a modest per Kilowatt hour (KWh) fee every time the end user charges their vehicle.

Can this generate revenue for your organization?

Yes! Your organization can also generate revenue from a KWh fee.

How does your organization get paid?

Quarterly we manage the accounting for the EV Charging that took place on your charging program. We share the data with you and ACH you the funds.

Who pays for the electricity?

You do, but NuPwr reimburses the cost of electricity in addition to payment of any per KWh fee your organization has earned as a royalty.
